Compound:

One capsule contains:

active substances: alverine citrate – 60 mg; simethicone – 300 mg;

excipients: soy lecithin, medium density triglycerides;

composition of the capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin (E422), titanium dioxide (E171), purified water.

Pharmacodynamics

Alverine citrate is a myotropic antispasmodic.

Simethicone is physiologically inert and therefore has no pharmacological activity. Simethicone works by changing the surface tension of the gas bubbles and causing them to coalesce.

Indications for use

Symptomatic treatment of functional bowel disorders, especially those accompanied by increased gas formation.
